Your data security is our top priority. All API keys are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use OAuth-only integrations - we never store your social media passwords. Your content stays in your account and is never used to train AI models. Social connections use platform-approved OAuth flows, so you can revoke access at any time from your social account settings.
BYOK means you provide your own API keys for the AI services IgnitIOn uses - Claude (Anthropic), ElevenLabs, and Runway ML. You pay those providers directly at their published rates with zero markup from us. This gives you full transparency and control over your AI costs. IgnitIOn charges only for the workflow platform itself.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your Settings page. If you cancel, you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Available on the Agency plan, white label lets you rebrand IgnitIOn with your own company logo, color scheme, and custom domain. Your clients log into what appears to be your proprietary content platform. It's perfect for agencies, consultants, and resellers who want to offer AI content creation as their own service without building the technology.
Yes - once you connect your social accounts via OAuth, IgnitIOn can publish directly to your profiles. Every piece of content goes through an approval gate first. Nothing leaves IgnitIOn without your explicit sign-off. You can also export content manually and post it yourself if you prefer.
On the Spark and Pro plans, you'll see a notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan mid-cycle to unlock more runs immediately. All other tools (Composer, Calendar, Analytics) continue working even after your Reactor limit is reached. The Agency plan has unlimited Reactor runs.
The Agency plan includes up to 5 team seats with shared workspaces, drafts, and content calendars. Team members can create content while managers review and approve before publishing. Additional seats can be added for $15/mo each. Spark and Pro plans are single-user.
